Free PhD Nutrition Samples
We’ve got a bunch of sample packs to giveaway. Currently samples include Synergy ISO 7, Pharma Whey and Recovery 2:1, all from PhD Nutrition.
How to get it
To receive a free sample, all you need to do is leave a review for any product on this site. A genuine review must be unique (i.e. not copied from another website) and of good quality (a minimum of 25 words using good English). Please also rate the product using the rating form on each product page. Once you’ve submitted a review, contact us and let us know your which product you reviewed and your preference of sample.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a 27 year old Firefighter that has just returned to work after a couple of nasty bouts of Gastrointestinal illnesses lasting a year and a half. Over that time i have lost 2 stone in weight and i am looking to get back into the gym and find a good weight gain supplement to help me on my way. The problem is, the illnesses have left me slightly lactose intolerant and i now have quite severe IBS. Is there any easy to digest, low lactose weight gain supplements you can recommend? Or even better, are there any free samples out there that i could sample before i bulk buy?
